BREAKING NEWS: Tower Street prison on fire

A massive fire is raging at the Tower Street Adult Correctional Centre, which houses convicted murderer Vybz Kartel.

The fire is believed to have started about midday. Two fire units have responded. The blaze can be seen at the roof of one of the blocks.

The prison was built in 1845, shortly after the end of slavery.
